Grant was hired in 2012 as a member of CRS 45. Grant previously worked for the Federal Fire Department where he held the ranks of Secretary and President in F-121, Grant quickly became involved with L1619. Grant has held the positions of Executive Representative, 2nd Vice President and was elected to the position of President in 2024. Grant's passion for labor and securing better working conditions for his fellow fire fighters led him to become involved in groups outside of L1619. Grant currently serves the Professional Fire Fighters of Maryland (PFFMD) as a District Representative for Howard, Montgomery, Prince George's, Charles, Calvert and St. Marys Counties.

Mike was hired in 1999 as a member of CRS #29. In 2002 he became a shop steward and since then has held many different roles throughout the Union. Per his request that all titles be listed, he has been a Shop Steward, Executive Representative, 2nd Vice President, 1st Vice President and currently Recording Secretary. With a wealth of knowledge of all things pension and retirement, Mike is the pension trustee for Local 1619 and currently sits on the executive board of the National Conference of Public Employee Retirement Systems. Mike has also been selected in the past to be an Delegate for the IAFF convention, and a Delegate for the PFFMD convention. Mike is currently assigned as a Battalion Chief in the 2nd Battalion. Theresa was hired in 2015 as a member of CRS 51. She became involved with L1619 in 2017 when she was selected to be a part of the Contract Committee. In 2018 Theresa was appointed to the position of Executive Representative where she served until she was elected to the position of Recording Secretary in 2020 & 2022. Theresa was then elected as the 1st Vice President in 2024. With her previous experience as a lawyer, Theresa is a wealth of knowledge for the Membership and Executive Board.

Mike was hired in 2006 as a part of CRS 38. In 2016 Mike would become one of the driving forces to help grow L1619's Peer Support Team. Since that time, Mike has helped lead the peer support team to be one of the largest in the IAFF and has been deployed to numerous locations as part of the IAFF peer support team. Mike's experience led him to become a IAFF Master Instructor for peer support, where he now travels to teach others how to build peer support teams to support their own. In addition to teaching, Mike also is the 4th District (DE, DC, PA, MD, VA, WV) behavioral health committee representative and the Professional Firefighters of Maryland behavioral health director. Mike was elected to the position of 2nd Vice President in 2024 where he continues to be a fierce advocate for the mental health of our membership.

Tommy represents over 700+ of our active retired members at the table. Tommy had a lengthy career with the Prince George's County Fire Department. Initially, Tommy was hired as a civilian in 1975 and assigned to the Fire Prevention/Public Education office. In 1977 Tommy was appointed as a Fire Fighter with the department. Tommy would go on to serve in many busy companies during some of the Department's busiest times in terms of fire duty. While rising through the ranks to Major (Assistant Fire Chief) Tommy would serve in multiple rolls for L1619 including Secretary and 2nd Vice President. Tommy retired in 1997 and was elected to the position of Retirees Representative in 2004 where he has served continuously for the past 20 years. Tommy was recognized for his bravery in 2015 when he entered a house on fire multiple times to save a 68-year-old woman while returning home from the gym.
Eric was hired in 2007 as a part of CRS 39, while still a probationary fire fighter Eric became involved with the IAFF Softball World Championship which is held each year in Prince George's County to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association. In January of 2020 Eric was appointed as an Executive Representative. While serving on the Executive Board Eric was selected to be the Local's representative for promotional oversight. Eric has also chaired the Training Committee for the past two terms. Eric's background in the field and office roles continue to make him an integral part of the Local.
Shaun was hired in 2003 as a member of CRS 32. Shaun started working for the union in 2006 which makes him one of the longest serving members of the Board of Directors. Shaun's career has moved him through many busy companies, but these days, Shaun takes life a little slower while assigned as a Captain to Company 836 - Baden. When not at work Shaun enjoys riding his motorcycle and a nice cigar. Committees - Contract committee
Tony is a member of CRS 39 and was hired in 2007. Tony has spent 14 of his 17 years at Company 34 - Langely Park which serves the greater Chillum Adelphi Area. As one of the Senior Fire Fighters on the Executive Board Tony is a strong voice for the Fire Fighters in the Union. In his off time Tony enjoys long walks on the beach, his family, no lines showing on hose, and most importantly, his beautiful, pristine lawn.

Gregory was hired in 2015 as a member of CRS 51. He became involved with L1619 after countless questions to board members about what can the Local do about this? Greg was appointed to be a shop steward in charge of membership events in January of 2020. In 2022 Greg was reappointed as a shop steward in charge of training. Near the end of his term Greg was appointed to be an Executive Representative to fill an empty chair, and then reappointed in 2024 for a two year term.
